Author, speaker, psychotherapist/life coach, Angela Caughlin is a luminary in guiding individuals and organizations through the difficult process of loss and change. She facilitates workshops and talks incorporating the principles of journaling, intention setting and conceptual thinking to shift thinking, promote healing and navigate change.

Angela is a sought after speaker and continues to give talks and teach workshops that focus on integrating the mind/body/ spirit to create healthy living. Angela continues to maintain a private counseling/life coaching practice and work as an adjunct in the Transition Medicine Program at Baylor College of Medicine. Angela resides in Houston where she enjoys her family, friends, traveling and yoga.
