Specializing in Recuperative Style. Anyone can do Yoga and get benefits. This system of self-discovery is designed with each patient in mind, whatever the limitations are and works to empower each patient to work at their optimum and not be defined by injury or illness.
This Yoga is a tool to help you tap into your internal medicine. I partner with Dr's and clinics to help with pain management, Pink Ribbon Yoga and even Yoga for athletes. This is not a performance based Yoga. I focus on balance and increasing your range of motion, alignment, posture and breath. You will still get an excellent workout designed with you in mind.
Please allow me to guide through sessions to reduce stress and promote mindful living.
