Sakura Natural Health is led by Dr. Farzam Afshar and was first established in 2007.
Sakura Natural Health is a company dedicated to all things mental health and mental wellness! We have assisted thousands of families in their journey back to mental health and mental wellness. We have learned from each one of them, and each one of them holds a dear space in our hearts.
In naturopathic medicine we use a variety of therapies including, but (not limited to) dietary counseling, botanicals, homeopathy, supplements, and hydrotherapy, to restore balance and proper functioning to the body. We find that most dis-ease, or imbalance in health, results from 4 major causes: inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, toxic burden, and too much stress/cortisol. Once we have restored balance in these areas we find that most conditions improve and the body can heal.

During your appointment we will discuss your case by going through the answers you provided in your intake form, as well as discuss expectations/goals and agreements. We will walk you through our thoughts, provide education on how the body works, and help you understand how we work to find the root cause of dis-ease or imbalance. Then we will provide the best possible plan to help you reach optimal health.
