I am an avid seeker and teacher of what I learn. I coach adults, teens, children, couples, and families. I guide my clients gently to their own truth by nurturing powerful soul self-awareness. I offer guidance, keys, tools and pearls of wisdom that allow my clients to create a deeper and more accepting understanding of themselves. The ultimate goal of our work together is the practical application of healthy self-love. Using keys I have gathered along my path, I deliver simple wisdom in a no-nonsense style, facilitating an almost immediate impact for a more peaceful, joy-filled experience.

I have studied and am experienced in the methodology of Marianne Williamson, Pia Mellody, Louise Hay, Paul Ferrini, Don Miguel Ruiz, Byron Katie, Robert Holden, EFT, 12-step Recovery, Woman Within International and many others. I am an intuitive facilitator, equally effective with individuals, couples, families or in a group setting.
